Correctly targeted ES cells were injected into recipient blastocysts, and chimeric males were bred with C57BL/6 for germline transmission. At some point, they were bred with ROSA26::FLPe mice (on a C57BL/6J genetic background) for germline deletion of the neo selection cassette. (J:228882)
