TS28: spermatocyte Present Regionally restricted 1B Nsmce2 , 1B Merge Expression was detected in pachytene spermatocytes, which coincided with regions of weak Sycp3 signal. No focal staining was detected in leptotene.

TS28: spermatocyte Present Regionally restricted 1C Nsmce2 , 1C Merge Expression was colocalized with Brca1 along the non-homologous regions of the XY body during pachytene.
