Assay type: Immunohistochemistry
MGI Accession ID: MGI:5766898
Gene symbol: Tmem50b
Gene name: transmembrane protein 50B
Antibody: Anti-Tmem50b
Detection system: Biotinylated secondary antibody/[Strept]avidin coupled to horseradish peroxidase
Results
Specimen 5A: postnatal adult (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS28: cerebellar cortex Strong Regionally restricted 5A Expression was detected in Bergmann astroglial cells.

Specimen 5C: postnatal adult (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS28: cerebellum molecular layer Strong Regionally restricted 5C Bergmann glial fibers were strongly labeled throughout the molecular layer. The ascending vertical fibers and subpial terminal feet were most strongly labeled, while labeling of the soma was less conspicuous.

Specimen 5D: postnatal adult (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS28: cerebellum Purkinje cell layer Present Punctate 5D
TS28: cerebellum granule cell layer Present Punctate 5D Perikarya of Golgi interneurons in the granular layer were full of punctate labeling. Immunopositive Bergmann fibers were noted.
