Mutation details: A cDNA construct that expresses the full-length Dp116 isoform and an N-terminal Flag tag was generated by PCR and cloned downstream of the human skeletal alpha-actin promoter. The Dp116 isoform is a non-muscle form of dystrophin and includes the entire WW domain but only two complete repeats from the rod domain.
