Mutation details: The transgene was designed with a membrane-anchored green fluorescent protein (mEGFP), which carries a Ras membrane localization (CAAX) sequence in the carboxy terminus of EGFP, driven by a 3.9-kb 2',3'-cyclic nucleotide 3' phosphodiesterase (Cnp) promoter, followed by a human beta-globin polyadenylation site. Five lines were generated that displayed similar levels of expression. This is a representative record for all lines.
