Notes
The targeting construct was electroporated into C57BL/6NCrl derived JM8A3 embryonic stem (ES) cells. Correctly targeted ES cells were injected into Perfect Host-derived recipient blastocysts and chimeric males were bred with C57BL/6NJ females to establish a colony. Separate Lhx8, cre, and Cerulean transcripts are produced.
