Mutation details: The transgene was generated from a modified RP24-299B2 BAC, which contains the entire Kiss1 gene, by
inserting coding sequence for hrGFP, humanized Renilla reniformis Green Fluorescent Protein, into the Kiss1 translational start site. The RP24-299B2 BAC contains the entire Kiss1 gene as well as approximately 109.49 kb sequence upstream of the Kiss1 start codon and approximately 69.01kb sequence downstream of the Kiss1 stop codon. Line KG26 was generated.
