Mutation details: Mouse cDNA encoding Rrm2b (p53R2) is expressed under the control of chicken beta-actin promoter and cytomegalovirus enhancer regulatory sequences ("CAG" promoter). Four Rrm2b transgene-positive founders were generated and subsequently maintained on a pure FVB/N strain background, but these lines were not distinguished in experimental descriptions.
