Assay type: RNA in situ
MGI Accession ID: MGI:5462434
Gene symbol: Slc16a10
Gene name: solute carrier family 16 (monocarboxylic acid transporters), member 10
Probe: Slc16a10 cDNA
Probe preparation: Antisense labelled with digoxigenin RNA
Visualized with: Alkaline phosphatase
Results
Specimen 4: embryonic day 18.0 (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS26: humerus Present Regionally restricted 4_Mct10 antisense Expression is present in growth plates. It is strongest in the resting zone chondrocytes, whereas it was weaker in the chondrocytes differentiating into the secondary ossification center--the proliferating zone and the hypertrophic zone chondrocytes.
