Mutation details: Recombineering was employed to insert a cDNA sequence encoding cre/ERT2 followed by an SV40 polyadenylation signal in the first coding exon of the Ebf2 gene in the BAC RP24-283N8. The construct was injected into pronuclei of fertilized FVB/N oocytes. Founders were generated and a transgenic line was established and analyzed.
