Mutation details: The 158 kb human bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) RPCI11-117B23 containing CLPTM1L (CLPTM1-like), TERT (telomerase reverse transcriptase) and SLC6A18 (solute carrier family 6, member 18) genes, was modified by inserting a codon optimized Renilla reniformis luciferase ORF at the TERT ATG codon. The BAC vector may contain loxP/lox511 sequences.
