Mutation details: A targeting construct containing sequence encoding xre/ERT2 under the control of the mouse Dlx1/2, distal-less homeobox 1, distal-less homeobox 2, forebrain enhancer/ promoter, I12b, with an internal ribosomal entry sequence (IRES), followed by the human placental alkaline phosphatase gene (ALPP), and SV40 polyadenylation site sequence, was microinjected into FVB/N donor eggs. Founder line 37 was subsequently established.
