TS26: duodenum Trace Regionally restricted 2B A graph quantifying immunopositive cells indicates that Gip-positive cells decreased 97.8% in mutant embryos compared to wild type. A few positive cells were detected in the distal portion but not in the proximal portion of the duodenum in mutant embryos.
