Mutation details: The 5' flanking promoter and transcriptional start site of the mouse H-2Kb gene was fused to the SV40 tsA58 early region coding sequence. Thirty-four mice carrying from one to five copies of the transgene were born. Several lines were analysed. Line 11 is entered as the representative for all of these lines. The pound symbol (#) is used to denote when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
