Mutation details: The 1107 bp intronic G4 endodermal enhancer sequence (GenBank Acc ID HM212783) was cloned in front of an Hsp68-lacZ reporter sequence in a reporter plasmid. The construct was digested from the plasmid backbone, purified, and used for pronuclear injection. Seven founders were generated. Six showed consisted lacZ expression patterns during embryonic development.
