Mutation details: The B1-EGFP transgene was designed with ~7 kb sequence from the 5' flanking region of the human V-ATPase B1 subunit (ATP6V1B1) gene (extending to but excluding the endogenous translational start codon) upstream of an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) coding region, and all followed by an SV40 early region polyadenylation signal. Lines 1 and 3 were generated.
