Mutation details: The transgenic construct encodes a deletion in fat-specific element(FSE)region of human GPD1 promoter (deletes from -258 to -135, or 124 bp). A second strain, d124B, was also created (2-5 copies in each) and two shorter deletion (36 bp) mutants (d36A, d36B) were generated.
