Mutation details: The transgene consists of a 25 Kb fragment from BAC 284H12, that contains mouse Eno2 driving neural-specific expression of an IRES-EGFP-cre cassette, which was inserted into the last exon of the locus. Two lines were created with neural cre expression in different subsets of neurons. This line contains 4 copies of the transgene and is expressed in a subset of Gogi cells and a few cells in the granule and Purkinjie cell layers.
