Mutation details: This transgene expresses a rat Atp2a2 cDNA under the control of a human cytomegalovirus
immediate early enhancer linked to the chicken beta-actin minimal promoter. The transgene copy number is estimated to be 2, and the total amount of expressed RNA in heart ventricles is 2.6-fold higher than in control littermates. An additional transgenic line from founder CJ2 was also established.
