Assay notes: This is a real-time RT-PCR assay. RNA isolated from three to five separate tooth germs from each stage was used in this analysis, and every analysis was carried out in triplicate. The data presented in the figure represents mean ratios (expression at postnatal day 2/expression at 15.5 dpc). All values were positive; postnatal day 2 expression was higher than expression at E15.5.
