Mutation details: A cDNA fragment encoding a full length human PKC BetaII (OLIG2) protein was cloned downstream of the rat Fabp1 promoter. The polyA sequence was from the SV40 large T antigen. Depending on the founder line anywhere from six to 31 copies of the transgene were incorporated into the genome.
