TS27: brain Present 2C , 2A Expression is widespread. It is a cytoplasmic signal with a clear paranuclear localization. It is localized in the neuronal cell bodies. It is not pronounced in the cell extensions. Glia are mostly negative.
TS27: telencephalon Strong Non-Uniform 2A Expression is especially intense in the developing cerebrum, especially in the ventricular zone.
TS27: cerebral cortex Present Non-Uniform 2A , 2E Expression is present in a laminated pattern, with high signals in the ventricular zone and the upper layers of the cortical plate. There is intense staining in the subplate neurons.
