Mutation details: This transgene expresses the P230 variant of the human derived BCR/ABL fusion protein, involving BCR exon 19 fused to ABL exon 2. This gene was cloned downstream of the LTR from the Murine Stem Cell Virus (MSCV), which was referred to in the original reference as PCMV. Mice carrying this allele had 5 copies of the transgene incorporated in their genome.
