Mutation details: The mouse Mt1 minimal promoter was used to drive expression of a human STC1 construct made up of a genomic fragment containing 93bp of the 5' UTR, exon 1, intron 1, exon 2, and intron 2. This was fused to a human cDNA containing exon 3 and 573 bp of exon 4. The remainder of the construct was made up of 800 bp from the 3' UTR of the human GH gene. Line 1A contains approximately 10 copies of the transgene.
