Mutation details: A modified mouse Dll1 cDNA encoding a truncated protein, lacking the majority of the intracellular domain, was adjoined to Dll1 regulatory sequence modified to contain 1494 bp of the 'msd' promoter fused to the minimal promoter and the 5' portion of exon 1 up to the start codon. The construct also contained an SV40 3' UTR and polyA signal. The protein is expected to lack 141 C-terminal residues, leaving only 12 intracellular residues adjacent to the transmembrane domain.
