Notes:
(a) This band represents the GHBP isoform. Expression level started to increase on E10.5 and by E14.5-18.5 was 12-fold higher than in the non-pregnant sample. The non-pregnant and lactating samples had similar levels.
(b) This band (doublet) represents the GHR isoform. Expression level started to increase on E10.5 and reached a maximum at E14.5 of 6-fold higher than the non-pregnant sample and plateaued thereafter. The non-pregnant and lactating samples had similar levels.
