RT reaction was performed on RNA extracted from single (C57BL6/J) and diffuse (129Sv) haplotype mice. Assays were done by mixing the RT reactions from mice of each haplotype in denoted amounts and amplifying by PCR. PCR products were subsequently digested with BstXI, then with PvuI.
