Assay notes: A general age-dependent decline in expression was found in almost every tissue except heart. For heart, expression remains almost as high in older animals as in newborn ones. Relative to the expression levels seen in other tissues, expression is high in kidney and heart. There is a lower range of expression in the other tissues as a function of age.
