Assay notes: The authors used primers that amplified both G6pdx and G6pd2. G6pdx contains a HaeIII site. H, is for HaeIII digested samples. All samples contained a 166bp band, but this is cleaved into a 100 and 66bp bands indicating that this represents the G6pdx product (these datta are shown in assay MGI:2657170). Only testis contained the uncleavable G6pd2 product.
