(b) This splice variant contained exons 5, 6, 8 and 9 and may represent a low level of aberrant splicing.
(c) This splice variant contains exons 5,6,9 and is one of the major combinations of alternatively spliced exons. It was detected in various tissues but most prominently in brain. In embryos, expression level increased up to day 12 and decreased thereafter.
