Expression was detected in all tissues but levels varied dramatically between tissues. Expression levels were quantitated densitometrically and graphed in Figure 8C, comparing levels for Rbbp4 and Rbbp7 (see assay MGI:2656317). The 2 genes had similar levels in most tissues, except that in thymus and testis Rbbp4 was 2-fold higher than Rbbp7 and in ovary/uterus Rbbp7 was 2-fold higher than Rbbp4.
