description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis allele is a derivative of Pck1tm1Mgn in which the loxP-flanked neomycin cassette was removed in single cells embryos by transient Cre expression. LoxP sites remain flanking exons 4 and 5 in the final allele. Activity and protein mass assays on protein derived from kidney and liver of fasted homozygous mice demonstrated that this allele behaves similar to the wild-type allele. (J:63929)
