Founder NF-L58 is representative of 2 high expressing transgenic lines. Cataracts were observed in transgenic animals (see reference J:76721). Doubly transgenic animals created by mating of the 2 high expressing founders exhibit low body weight and severe muscular atrophy by 21 days of age (see reference J:42835).
