RAC1 (5879) |
Transgene codes for a protein with a glutamine to leucine mutation. |
| |
Mutation details: A human RAC1 gene carrying a constitutive glutamine to leucine mutation at amino acid 61 was used for the transgene. Nucleotides -596 to +21 from Fabpl were used to drive expression of the transgene in intestinal epithelium. Western blot analysis confirmed the expression of the transgene in the small intestines of E18.5 chimeric embryos.
