Reference: J:72025 Krebs LT, et al., The nrarp gene encodes an ankyrin-repeat protein that is transcriptionally regulated by the notch signaling pathway. Dev Biol. 2001 Oct 1;238(1):110-9
Assay type: RNA in situ
MGI Accession ID: MGI:2154191
Gene symbol: Nrarp
Gene name: Notch-regulated ankyrin repeat protein
Probe: Nrarp probe2
Probe preparation: Antisense labelled with fluorescein RNA
Visualized with: Alkaline phosphatase
Results
Specimen 6C: embryonic day 9.5 (more )
Note: Double labeled: orange - Nrarp; blue - Uncx (assay MGI:2154189).
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS15: tail paraxial mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted 6C There is an anterior stripe of expression and more extensive expression posteriorly. The anterior stripe coincides with the most caudal stripe of Uncx4.1 expression.
TS15: trunk paraxial mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted 6C There is an anterior stripe of expression and more extensive expression posteriorly. The anterior stripe coincides with the most caudal stripe of Uncx4.1 expression.

Specimen 6D: embryonic day 9.5 (more )
Note: Double labeled: orange - Nrarp; blue - Mesp2 (assay MGI:2154196).
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS15: tail unsegmented mesenchyme Present Regionally restricted 6D There is an anterior stripe of expression and more extensive expression posteriorly. The anterior boundary of caudal Narp expression coincides with the Mesp2 domain in the rostral presomitic mesoderm, which demarcates the anterior half of somite 2.
