Notes
Early mortality of homozygous embryos can be rescued by aggregation of mutant embryos with wild-type tetraploid embryos. By E10.5, embryos from tetrapoid chimeras die due to cardiac failure. The heart tubes show abnormal looping and ventricular myocardial differentiation. (J:46383)
