Alleles
and
phenotypes
All alleles(1) : Radiation induced(1)
This locus is distinguished by 4 electrophoretic alleles: allele a in C57BL, BALB/c and SEC; allele b in RF and RFM; allele c in CBA, C3H, SJL and AKR; allele d in wild mice from Windsor, Ontario. A radiation-induced null allele shows complete loss of enzyme and homozygotes have not been observed.
