Abstract:
We report that the disrupted in schizophrenia 1 gene of the 101/Rl, BTBR T+ tf/J and LP/J inbred mouse strains has a deletion that is predicted to abolish production of the full-length protein. This finding will aid the interpretation of experimental results in studies utilizing these strains.
