Molecular description: The transgene was created by modifying BAC clone RP23-395E7 by inserting an improved cre recombinase gene (icre) to replace exon 1 of mouse Grpr gene. An FRT-flanked ampicillin resistance cassette was removed prior to injection. Two lines were generated. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
