Recombinase Activity Detail
Allele Information
Allele:
Hcn4tm1(cre/ERT2)Anlu
hyperpolarization-activated, cyclic nucleotide-gated K+ 4; targeted mutation 1, Andreas Ludwig
Driver: Hcn4
Type: Targeted (Inducible, Recombinase)
Inducer: tamoxifen
Synonym: HCN4-KiT, HCN4KiT-Cre, Hcn4tm1(cre/ESR1)Anlu
Molecular description: A cre/ERT2 fusion gene and a neo cassette were inserted into exon 1 downstream of the translation initiation codon.
