Molecular description: A 7.4 kb of the Hand2 upstream region, containing the pharyngeal arch and cardiac enhancer elements, was fused to Cre cDNA containing a nuclear localization signal (NLS) and SV40-pA. Two lines were created (7-1 and 7-2), with expression of line 7-2 being less intense than that of line 7-1.
