Strain Accession ID

If you are revising information about a registered strain, you must include its MGI_ID or repository_ID. If this is a new strain submission and the strain is from a repository, please enter its repository accession_ID information.

Prefix for your resource, e.g., JR for Jax Resource Systems; MMRRC for Mouse Mutant Research Resource Center; EMMA for European Mutant Mouse Archive:

Strain Accession_ID assigned at your site or MGI_ID for your strain (Note: If the accession_ID includes a prefix, include it here)

Strain Name

Enter a proposed strain name. If this is a revision, enter the revised strain name here and "previous name" under synonyms.
Note: When mutant alleles are part of the strain name, use < > to indicate the superscripted alleles.
Example:  C57BL/6J-KitW-39J should be entered as C57BL/6J-Kit<W-39J>

Gene symbols corresponding to alleles carried on this strain

Example: for the strain NOD/LtSz-Prkdc<scid> B2m<tm1Unc>
the gene symbols entered into this box would be Prkdc and B2m

(one per line)
