RT-PCR and immunoblot analysis with antibody to the HA tag revealed prostate-specific expression of both mRNA and protein; immunoblot analysis of protein extracts of individual prostatic lobes and other tissues from the urogenital tract localized expression to the ventral prostate and, at low levels, to the lateral prostate.
