Genomic Mutations involving Fzd2 (1)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF , CvDC )

About 50% of mice homozygous for a reporter allele display a cleft palate and die as neonates; the remaining 50% survive exhibiting a variable degree of postnatal runting and reduced olfactory sensitivity to various odorants.

Interactions
Fzd2 interacts with 191 markers (Mir7-1, Mir10a, Mir15a, ...)
