    Authors confirmed the mapping of Top2a and Rara to the distal portion of mouse Chromosome 11 using fluorescence in situ hybridization. Allelic fusion was observed in Adriamycin-resistant embryonic stem celss (p388/ADR/3), juxtapostion in normal Adriamycin-sensitive cells (p388/4).
