    Lung tissue of N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea treated F2 progeny of an (OcB-9/Dem x O20/A)F1 intercross was microscopically analyzed for the presence and size of tumors. The progeny were genotyped by PCR. Statistical analysis indicated the presence of a locus influencing susceptibility to lung cancer (Sluc4) on mouse Chromosome 11. The QTL likelihood plot indicates a peak near D11Mit15. The following order of loci was reported: D11Mit15 - Sluc4 - D11Mit41 - Rara.
