Mpmv2 Southern analysis
Om visible phenotype
Srsf1 Southern analysis Sfrs1 probe1
Notes
  • Experiment
The Om locus shows incomplete penetrance in crosses involving DDK females with C57BL/6 males, as a result recombination data involving the Om locus in these crosses is unreliable. However, by analyzing chromosomes recombinant in the Om region the authorswere able to suggest that Om resides between Mpmv2 and Sfrs1, although the exact location could not be determined.
