Timp1 Southern analysis Timp5'
Syn1 Southern analysis Syn5'
Araf Southern analysis mAraf
Notes
  • Experiment
Using Southern analysis and detailed restriction mapping of three overlapping clones., Timp was found to lie within an intron of Syn1. Araf was mapped to < 1kb from the 3' end of Syn1. Timp and Araf are transcribed in the opposite direction to that of the Syn1 gene.
