Notes
  • Experiment
Physical mapping using pulse field gel electrophoresis was used to co-localize genes Pfkl, Itgb2, Col6a1, Col6a2 and S100b to a common region encompassing approximately 1900 kb of Chromosome 10. This region consists of one ordered segment Col6a1, Col6a2,S100b and a second segment consisting of Pfkl and Itgb2. Genomic DNA was prepared from A9 fibroblasts and C57BL/6J spleens. Enzymes used were NotI, SfiI, BassHII, SalI, EagI, MluI and XhoI.
