EBS series of somatic cell hybrids constructed by fusion of Chinese hamster cell line E36 and BALB/c mouse spleen cells. Hybrid DNA cleaved with HindIII, separated by agarose gel electrophoresis and probed with a 643bp Ifg cDNA probe for Southern analysis.
